The Patient Investor

Privacy Policy

Strategic Investor Network LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as The Patient Investor.

Effective April 1, 2026

1.

Who This Applies To

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Strategic Investor Network LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as The Patient Investor, collects about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Strategic Investor Network LLC. “You” means anyone who visits our website, submits an application, speaks with us, or enrolls in a program.

It applies to this website, our member platform, our private community, and our email and scheduling communications. It does not apply to any third-party website or service we link to, each of which has its own policy.

2.

What We Collect

Information you give us

Inquiry and application
Name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your background, experience, and goals.
Scheduling a call
Name, email, phone, time zone, and any notes you add when booking.
Enrollment
Your legal name, mailing address, billing address, and the signed enrollment agreement.
Member account
Username, password, profile details you choose to add, and your progress through the curriculum.
Coaching and community
Notes a coach keeps about your sessions, questions you ask, and anything you post in the community.
Session recordings
Audio and video of coaching sessions, together with written transcripts and summaries produced from them by automated tools. See below.
Support and correspondence
The content of emails and messages you send us.

About recording

Group sessions are recorded so that members who could not attend, or who want to revisit something, can watch them later. Recordings are made available in the member platform.

One-on-one coaching sessions are recorded only if you are comfortable with it. Your coach will ask you before recording, and the video platform also displays a recording notice when a recording starts. If you would rather not be recorded, say so — it changes nothing about the session, and you can change your mind either way at any point.

We also use automated transcription tools that produce written transcripts and summaries of recorded sessions. We use these to keep an accurate record of what was covered and to improve how we teach. Recordings and transcripts are not sold, and are not used to train any third party's artificial intelligence models.

Where a session is recorded on a coach’s own computer rather than in the cloud, the recording follows the same path: it is archived, transcribed, and used to prepare the coach’s notes, and it is covered by everything said in this policy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Payment information

Card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number, and we do not store bank account numbers on our systems. We receive a confirmation of payment, the last four digits, and the billing details needed for our records.

What we never collect

We never collect your seed phrase, private keys, recovery phrase, wallet password, or exchange credentials. No employee, coach, or representative of the Company will ever ask you for them. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

We do not require you to give us your wallet addresses, and we do not monitor your holdings or transactions.

3.

How We Use It

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and arrange a call.
  • Assess whether the program is a fit before offering enrollment.
  • Provide the program: schedule coaching, give platform and community access, and track your progress through the curriculum.
  • Take payment and keep accounting and tax records.
  • Send service messages about your account, sessions, and program.
  • Send marketing email about our programs, where you have not opted out.
  • Send text messages from our business numbers about your appointments, and occasionally about our programs, where you have given us your number and not opted out.
  • Measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
  • Record coaching sessions, and produce transcripts and summaries from them, so that sessions can be revisited and so we have an accurate record of what was covered.
  • Prepare a first draft of your coach’s session notes from the transcript, which your coach then reviews and edits before it becomes part of your record.
  • Improve the curriculum, the site, and how we deliver coaching.
  • Keep the site, the platform, and the community secure, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number we may text you about a booked call, a reminder, or occasionally about our programs. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your email or your access to the program.

We do not sell your personal information. The one place we share anything for advertising is the Meta Pixel described below, and we do not hand your information to anyone to use for their own marketing.

4.

6.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and understand how the site is used.

Essential
Required for the site and member platform to function, including keeping you signed in. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics
We do not currently run a third-party website analytics tool. If we add one, we will name it here before it goes live.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel on our website. It tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads led people to us, and it allows us to show ads to people who have already visited the site. It shares limited information about your visit with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

7.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no common industry standard for how such signals should be honored, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we will update this policy.

8.

How Long We Keep It

Inquiries that do not lead to enrollment
Kept without a fixed deletion date. People often come back to us a year or two after first getting in touch, so we stay in occasional contact rather than clearing the record. You can unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your information, at any time.
Member records and coaching notes
For the duration of your access, and seven years afterwards.
Group session recordings
Kept for as long as the recording remains part of the library, so that members can continue to refer back to it. A copy is held in our archive, and group recordings are stored as unlisted videos on YouTube so they can be played back inside the member platform.
One-on-one recordings and transcripts
For the duration of your access, and deleted on request at any time. Recordings are removed from the video platform roughly a month after the session and kept only in our own archive from then on.
Payment and accounting records
As long as tax and accounting law requires, ordinarily seven years.
Marketing contacts
Until you unsubscribe, then on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Copies in our archive and backups
A recording or record may also exist in our long-term archive and in our nightly backups. When we delete something at your request we remove it from our live systems and record the deletion, so that a later restore from backup does not bring it back.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it. Where we hold something without a fixed end date, as with inquiry records, it is because the conversation may still be a live one — and a request from you to delete it ends that.

9.

How We Keep It Safe

We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access limited to team members who need it, and vendors selected in part on their security practices.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is completely safe. You help protect your own information by choosing a strong, unique password and never sharing your account.

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10.

Your Rights and Choices

Everyone

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything inaccurate.
  • Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. This does not affect service messages about your program.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing already carried out.

California residents

If you live in California, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do run the Meta Pixel described in section 6, and under California law that may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can stop it: adjust your ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram, block or clear cookies in your browser, or email us at support@investor-mastermind.com and we will suppress your information from our advertising audiences.

Residents of the EEA and United Kingdom

You additionally have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to request restriction of processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

How to exercise any of these

Email us at support@investor-mastermind.com. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, ordinarily within forty-five days.

11.

International Transfers

We operate in the United States, and our service providers are located principally in the United States. If you access our site or enroll from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.

Two of our providers sit outside the United States. The servers that transcribe recorded sessions and prepare draft notes are located in Germany, and our long-term recording archive is held by a Swiss provider. Both are covered by the same contractual protections as our other providers.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, for such transfers.

12.

Information From Minors

Our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and enrollment is not open to minors.

If you believe a person under 18 has given us personal information, contact us at support@investor-mastermind.com and we will delete it.

13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and we will notify enrolled members of material changes by email or through the member platform.

We encourage you to review this page periodically.
